Terms of Service
Last updated: July 4, 2026
1. The agreement
These terms are a contract between you and Alwyn Ventures, the operator of TweetX (tweetx.space). By creating an account or using TweetX you agree to them, together with our Privacy Policy. If you are using TweetX on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company, and "you" means the company.
2. Your account
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract where you live. Keep your sign-in method secure: you are responsible for activity that happens through your account. Tell us right away at support@alwynventures.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
Workspaces support roles. Owners and editors can connect or disconnect X accounts, manage billing, and mint API keys; you are responsible for who you invite and what role you give them.
3. X and other third-party platforms
TweetX publishes to X through the official X API, using an authorization you grant with your X account. You must comply with X's own terms, rules, and automation policies for everything TweetX posts on your behalf. You can revoke TweetX's access from your X settings or from TweetX at any time.
TweetX is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by X Corp. Third-party platforms can change or withdraw their APIs, limits, or rules at any time, and TweetX features that depend on them may change or stop working as a result.
4. Your content
You own the posts, drafts, and other content you create in TweetX. You give us only the permission we need to operate the service: to store your content, process it with the AI provider your workspace uses, schedule it, and publish it to the platforms you connect, always on your instruction. We claim no other rights in your content.
You are responsible for what you publish. Don't post content you don't have the rights to, and don't use TweetX to publish anything unlawful.
5. AI features
TweetX can draft and rewrite posts using AI models, by default through our server-side provider and optionally through an API key you bring for a provider of your choice. AI output can be wrong, outdated, or unsuitable, and it is a draft, not advice. Review everything before you publish it; what goes out under your handle is your responsibility.
If you bring your own API key, your use of that provider is governed by your agreement with them, and you are responsible for any charges they bill you.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use TweetX to:
- break the law, or infringe anyone's rights,
- spam, harass, deceive, or impersonate others,
- violate the rules or automation policies of any platform you connect,
- probe, overload, or interfere with the service, or access another workspace's data,
- resell or white-label TweetX without our written agreement.
7. Plans, trials, and billing
Paid plans start with a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until you add payment details, and during the current rollout no card is required to trial TweetX. Once billing is live, subscriptions bill monthly or yearly in advance based on the billing interval you choose and renew automatically until cancelled.
You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from Settings. Cancellations and downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and we don't give refunds for partial periods unless the law requires it. If we change prices, we will give you notice before the change applies to your next renewal. Prices exclude any taxes you are required to pay.
8. API access
If you mint TweetX API keys, keep them secret and use them within the documented rate limits and quotas. We may throttle or revoke keys that are abused or compromised. Anything done with your API key counts as done by you.
9. Suspension and termination
You can stop using TweetX and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create risk for other users or for the platforms we integrate with, or fail to pay. Where reasonable, we will warn you first and give you a chance to export your data. Sections of these terms that by their nature should survive termination (such as ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits) survive it.
10. Disclaimers
TweetX is provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard to keep it fast and reliable, but we don't promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we can't guarantee that scheduled posts will always publish, that metrics from third-party platforms are accurate, or that AI output is correct. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limits on liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for all claims arising out of TweetX is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or, if you have paid nothing, at INR 8,000 (about USD 100). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, such as for fraud or wilful misconduct.
12. Indemnity
If a third party brings a claim against us because of content you published through TweetX or your breach of these terms, you agree to cover the resulting losses and reasonable legal costs. We will tell you promptly about any such claim and let you take the lead on defending it where appropriate.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at New Delhi, India have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from them. Before going to court, contact us at support@alwynventures.com: most issues get resolved with an email.
14. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as TweetX evolves. For material changes we will notify you in the app or by email before they take effect; continuing to use TweetX afterwards means you accept them. If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
