Reading Your Analytics

The TweetX dashboard syncs your real X metrics, ranks your posts, and tells you what to do more of and less of, grounded in your actual numbers.

Quick answer

The dashboard pulls your real X posts and metrics on app load, then ranks them and gives grounded do more and do less guidance based on your actual numbers. Change the time window with the range toggle to see the last week, two weeks, three months, or everything.

Where the numbers come from

The dashboard shows your real tweets and metrics, not estimates. TweetX syncs them from X through your own connection. The sync runs when you open the app, not on a timer, and it skips when your data is already fresh, so it only spends a read when you are actually looking.

Sync is throttled and capped
TweetX limits how often it re-syncs each account and caps total monthly reads, so costs stay predictable. If you have not connected X yet, the dashboard shows seeded sample data until real posts come in.

Choosing a time window

The range toggle sets the window every metric is measured over. Switch between the last 7 days, 2 weeks, 3 months, or all time to see short term swings or the longer trend.

  • 7d: what is happening right now.
  • 2w: recent momentum without daily noise.
  • 3mo: whether your bigger changes are working.
  • All: the full arc of your account.

What to do next

The What to do next panel turns your numbers into plain guidance: a do more, a do less, and a try this example pulled from your own posts. It is deterministic and grounded, so the advice comes from what actually happened on your account, never from invented figures.

  1. 1
Read the do more and do less
See which post shapes and habits pulled results and which fell flat.
  2. 2
    Check the try this example
It surfaces a concrete suggestion drawn from your real posts, not a generic tip.
  3. 3
    Act on one thing
Pick a single change, apply it to your next few posts, then check back on the numbers.

Refreshing your data

The header shows a Synced pill. Click it to re-sync on demand when you want the freshest numbers, for example right after a post takes off. Otherwise TweetX handles syncing quietly on load within its throttle and cap.
